RCFE Administrator

Compensation: Dependent On Experience
Employment type: full-time, exempt

Description: Our RCFE is comprised of four brand new homes, each containing 6 bedrooms. This property/community is New Construction built ground-up and all homes are located directly next to each other. We are looking for one RCFE Administrator who will run two of the four homes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Up-to-date knowledge and compliance with all current and applicable laws, rules, and regulations
  • Provide services to residents with the appropriate regard for residents' physical and mental well-being


  • A current State of California RCFE Administrator certificate
  • Knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations especially with that of Title 22
  • Good character and a continuing reputation of personal integrity
  • Ability to meet our high standards of resident care and quality customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with patients, their families, and medical staff
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of resident care information
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills

A Plus:

  • An active LVN license (or higher) in the state of California
  • Supervisory experience
  • Living within 30 minutes to facilities
  • Menu planning, knowledge of cooking techniques (fry, crock pot, bake)

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide service to seniors with a various array of geriatric needs
  • Personal hygiene such as bathing, dressing and grooming
  • Cooking and dietary guidance
  • Companionship
  • Light housekeeping services and laundryy
  • Medication reminders
  • Assist senior exercises/activities


  • Age 18+ or older
  • Current First Aid
  • Must pass a physical exam, health screening, and CA State mandated pre-training
  • Motivated to work and grow with a senior population
  • Have good command of English (verbal and written) and be able to converse with ease on a wide variety of topics
  • No history of criminal background (must pass a criminal background check)
  • Passionate about providing care for elders
  • Must be compassionate, honest, reliable, confident and highly sociable
  • Must feel confident in your ability to engage the Client in activities and conversation
  • Must be able to cook
  • 3 professional references including telephone numbers
  • Valid driver's license is preferred

A Plus:

  • Living within 30 minutes to facilities

Shifts Available:

  • Day and night
